Well as you can see I screen shotted her picture. WHY you ask ...well meet my friend Tami. I was selling items on line and on my FB site and other groups as The Rusty Pearl and This sweet jewel would buy things from me. She lived RIGHT near me. And as GOD would have it she moved and then I MOVED and we are still pretty close driving distance. 

I was thinking about HOW GOD brings us together so many ways. I just cant imagine life without this sweet person She inspires me HELPS me anytime I am stuck BLOGGING she is a trusted soul. I am so happy for her and her new home and her BLOG. I would love all of you to check out her blog. I know that I would not have mine had it not been for her. Halloween fun

Who knew this sweet thang could be so crafty .. OH yea .. I took a break from making things and SWEETNESS he built our costumes for the office party .. YES HE DID ...and might I add he is crafty as all get out.. What a ROLLER COASTER of a time he had making these for us...

I get home and all this was on the table... Im like OMGOODNESS what is going on . HE said I have been busy.. See I saw this idea and told him...OH it will be easy ..>WHAT ? ?  HE  begs to differ !!!

Well can you see it now...WE were roller coaster passengers ...and YES WE WON !!!!

Blew our hair right on back . TOOK me an hour to get this hair like this LOL ... FUNNY HUH

and here we are with all our GLORY LOL.. fun times and just so you know several people at the party loved using this for a prop.. FUN times with friends.. Happy Halloween... 2013

Blessings do come in a CAN

A friend was telling me the other day they watched Joyce Meyer and she was doing a show on BLESSINGS 

Someone made mention that they wished that BLESSINGS came in a CAN -JAR etc. ... Well she then said something POWERFUL that has had me thinking all week. .. I love a good AH - HA moment dont you....or something that provokes thought ... she said simply this.......................

                                                              CANT !!! WOWZER .  I just love that ..and how sweet and how true that is.. We often take our little moments for granted and dont see the blessings in every day life. I have started a thankful journal and I write down five things every day that I am thankful for.. SOME DAYS are harder then others..Because you cant say the same thing twice. I started this along time ago with my little girl (NOW TEEN ) that prob thinks this is LAME now days .. BUT i continue to do it....so I can find thanks and show GOD some appreciation for the little things too. Might be a friend hugging me so tight that your saddness seeks on out or hugging you and feeling such joy.. YOU really can change a person by how you act when they enter a room. I LOVED that when I first heard it and it continues to motivate me to be good to others and show my excitement for seeing and loving that person... SO just think... BLESSINGS do really come in a CAN !! Just not a CANT ...

GOTTA LOVE OL BOOMER

First of all ...a little update on my newest addition BOOMER !!! I think the picture simply says it all.. HE truly does eat everything. 

Mamma did not wear make up (TRUST ME PEOPLE) That is a fright !!! for one whole week . WHY do you ask ...cause the sweet face above ..WELL HE ATE IT ALL !!!  We were in the living room and he was quiet and walked into the room and LOW and BEHOLD he had lipstick and eye liner EVERYWHERE !!! .. GROUNDED LOL 

Then I felt bad putting him in a kennel (WELL HECK THE POTTY TRAINER said that is the way to do it ) SOOOO I felt bad and said AWE lemme put him in the bathroom .. DO YOU HEAR THE LIGHTNING >> WHY you ask ? ? ?  HE ATE the vanity in the bathroom..and when I say ATE >>> I MEAN ATE like he was feasting on a STEAK ..

OKAY so then ... He pulled all the stuffing out of a pillow and his most recent meal... and yes DID I MENTION he eats a HUGE bag of food from the feed store LOL a month .. HUGE bag.. .. OKAY back to his next MEAL . .the fence.. HE nibbles on it . Tommy replaced the TWO planks ... 

Just about the time I think he is FULL .. I was sitting on the couch looking out into the back yard and GOOD GRAVY my expensive chairs and table (I had made) BEACH furniture .. YES the leg... HE chewed it like a bone... 

So this stage is sooooo Not fun.. BUT having said all that .. HE is worth it all. I decided that things are things and unconditional sweet faced cute cuddly love TRUMPS it all.. SO i decided he is a KEEPER ..CHEWING and all !!!! 

GOTTA love BOOMER !!! 

Verse Day Monday

Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves have received from God.

I wanted to  post a verse for the day. Monday's Get a bad RAP .. SO  I thought if we focused on what the lord can do for us and has done for us...It might just make us look at MONDAYS as fun days. ... Well maybe not FUN but I think the more that we focus on a relationship with GOD the FUN(ER) as my kids used to say ..IT will be . 

Do you have a special GO TO SCRIPTURE that you have on a card on the fridge?  I love reading in PSALMS . 

Do you pray for others

Before I walk into my job I PRAY . Working here for a bit now I have found out who needs prayer, Who wont say they need prayer , and who needs obvious prayer. I think its working. IN FACT I would go out on a limb KNOWING it matters.

I think it is important that we pray for others. Don't quote me word for word but ...Doesn't scripture say when three or more are in agreement ? ? ?  I think prayer is giving of our hearts to others and asking for something good to happen to another. I think prayer is a way of talking to GOD. I feel closer when I am talking to him. When I am done praying I feel like I have a relationship with him. DONT YOU?

I pray every day in my car before I walk in. I pray for my workplace to be financially blessed and for the Dr's and PA's who truly give of themselves to help others . I pray that GOD bless and guide them everyday and that we all have safe travels to and from work.  I Know at our jobs and sometimes our families be it a crazy cousin etc. There is one bad EGG in the bunch. BUT don't you think they need prayer the most. ....

Please join me tonight when you pray .... Pray for others. SPEND some serious time thinking of the needs you know of and just PRAY . I know that if it were not for my sweet friends praying for me , I wouldn't of had my job, I wouldn't of made it thru some very trying times...SO lets PRAY it forward. MEET BOOMER !!!

This is the latest addition to my family. Can I say this ... HE EATS EVERYTHING

I really do think that GOD puts a little something special in our pets. 

They just love us unconditionally. 

The other day I went into the ROOM and he ATE all of MY MAKE UP !!! 

I call him BOOM 

Mostly because he is like a BULL in a CHINA SHOP
